“Feed the body …… Nourish the Soul”
The above quote is a wonderful description about the College Lunch outreach offered at First United Methodist Church of Belton.
(We have been lovingly nicknamed as “the Meth House” by the students.)
Each week, during the school year, we greet and feed up to 300+ students & faculty, who mainly attend UMHB. Our humble vision is to provide a home-cooked meal, community connection, smiles and the sharing of Christ’s Love.
The volunteers and students become connected through weekly conversations and catch up on school activities, course work, and other life topics with our compassionate caring volunteers.

For one day a week this is“home away from home” .

 “It takes a village.”
Can you help by making a dessert for College Lunch?   Whatever you would like to serve as a dessert with a College Student in mind will be great.
Drop off either Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning.
We strive to be good stewards of God’s resources.
We do accept donations to fund this outreach ministry.

 Thank you and God Bless.
